Our first three months here have been wonderful! Office staff is friendly and helpful in everything. Love the smart features and pet yard. Great neighbors and very secure and quiet environment. Pool and clubhouse is also great!

Prairie gate has changed the game when it comes to Apartment renting with the whole property being SMART, outstanding landscape, great space and prices, maintenance issues are answered in a timely manner and keeping safety the number one priority...just move in you will not regret it at all

These are apartments are beautiful. Kassy and the rest of the staff are absolutely amazing!

We are about to wrap up our first month at Prairie Gate Community and so far so good. The application process was all completed online, so that is a convenience for anyone that does not live in close proximity. We mostly corresponded with Judy (Community Manager) and she was very patient and responsive to any questions we had throughout the application process. Her attentiveness definitely left a positive impression as we decided from amongst the various apartment complexes we visited throughout our search.
The only cons are a lack of balcony closet storage (though this amenity is available in two-bedroom units and separately via garages) and the occasional resident/guest/staff member parking in our (paid) assigned-covered spot (though recently this seems to have been resolved).

If you are looking for a new apartment complex with easy access to I-20, considerate management, and useful amenities/features (i.e. washer/dryer in unit, community wi-fi, and community cable) make sure to consider this place. 

Pro tip: Don't forget to ask for senior, military, and/or educator discounts. Good luck!

Management is extremely friendly and helpful. Heather & Kassy walked me through the entire move in process and really made it easy for me. Brand new builds with great security throughout. Highly recommend making this place your home!

We did EXTENSIVE research on twelve apartment communities before choosing Prairie Gate. Our priorities were safety, cleanliness, modern, facilities (pool, playground, dog walk, etc.), pricing, and staff support. Hands down, this community was the best. I simply can't say enough about the leadership and team that run this place...they truly make you feel like you're a part of their family and they care. Yes, they care. The apartments are brand new, the living spaces are massive, the pricing is consistent or better than other communities built within the last 5 years, and of course, the location is superb. We actually spoke with a prospect while touring The Watson and he moved here as well. If you're considering Quadrangles, The Watson, Avilla Heritage, or any others...you absolutely need to check this place out. Dale.

Our move from Colorado to Grand Prairie had it's challenges , between the sale of our home and all that is involved with the move, I needed to find a community to call home...for now. Kassie immediately understood the timelines and our need for a seamless transition. Kassie was transparent from day one and we have not encountered any surprises. The complex is great, the staff is friendly and our apartment feels like home.

Office staff are so lovely and helpful. Beautiful and clean property. Spacious, luxury living at its finest!

We have enjoyed living here! Anything we’ve needed fixed and/or address was fulfilled professionally and quickly! It has truly has been a higher-end living experience thus far!

Living at this property has been such a pleasure. I cannot count the numerous of times that I have worked with Kassy and she has done nothing but provide the best in class service. Our family has been enjoying the atmosphere for a month now. The management has been very great. I have had the pleasure to work with Judy, Kassy, and Stephanie. They all were very friendly, helpful, and informative. I have had minor maintenance issues, but they were fixed immediately. The apartments are a good size, very modern with stainless steel appliances, and a lot of cool/fun updates. We've enjoyed having the playground, pool, and gym walking distance!!

I absolutely love living at prairie gate! When I need to put in a maintenance request everything gets done the same day which is absolutely amazing. My dogs love our pet backyard. I haven't met an unfriendly person the neighbors and leasing office included.

We’ve had a wonderful experience living at this property. Kassy, Judy, Heather, Marcus and Prosper have been nothing but super attentive and pleasant to work with. We also love having a playground on the property for our small children. All common areas remain clean and tidy at all times even during construction. So glad we ended up here.

This place is wonderful. My family and I love our apartment and the staff at the office is great. They are always so friendly and helpful. They really do care about the families that live here and I can tell that they love there jobs. I couldn’t have ask for a better place to live. I highly recommend prairie gate community to everyone! ❤️

This is by far the best apartments to live in. The front office is super friendly and stay on top of request that we have. Kassy is GREAT along with others in the office. I would highly recommend anyone to move here :-)
